"I have used my Sir Joseph bag in Alaska and the Canadian arctic for the past three winters. It has kept me comfortable in temperatures to -40 and gives me the confidence I need to perform well in the arctic winter wilderness.
In February 2008 I became the first female cyclist finishing the 1100 mile Iditarod Trail Invitational to Nome. The sleeping bag worked great and kept me warm all the way."

"I could not imagine attempting 1100 miles of the Iditarod Trail in Alaska without the security of my Sir Joseph sleeping bag and parka. Even exhausted and depleted I was always warm and dry."

Race organizer and 7 time finisher of the 350 mile McGrath race
and finisher of the 1100 mile in 2008

"For the last year I have used a Sir Joseph sleeping bag and parka training here in Alaska and also on the Iditarod Trail racing to Nome by Bike. The parka and sleeping bag worked very well for me in the worst of conditions. I slept in rain and wet snow between Ophir and Ruby and temperatures of -30 F with 50 mph winds on the sea ice. All of this was in the open with no tent and no bivy sack.

Both the bag and parka are very light weight to be so warm and will be my choice on all my winter races and expeditions in the future."
